REFUNDS + RETURNS
IF YOU FIND THAT YOU NEED TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM FOR PERSONAL REASONS, WE WILL HONOR A 14 DAY (FROM DATE OF USPS RECEIPT RECORD) RETURN PERIOD FOR MOST OF OUR ITEMS. WE ONLY ACCEPT ITEMS WITH A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER, SO PLEASE EMAIL WESTERNSTYLIN@GMAIL.COM WITH THE ITEM DETAILS, ORDER #, AND REASON FOR RETURN. 

ONCE THE RETURN IS APPROVED, WE WILL SEND YOU INFORMATION ON WHERE TO SEND IT AND THE NUMBER TO ATTACH TO THE PACKAGE AS WELL.  REASONS FOR RETURN WOULD NEED TO BE THE NATURE OF A FLAW IN THE PRODUCT WORKINGS, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU READ THE SIZING CHARTS FOR ACCURATE CLOTHING SIZING.

DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR CUSTOM SIDE OF THE BUSINESS, THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS UNLESS THE ITEM IS INCORRECT DUE TO SELLER'S FAULT (SUCH AS WRONG SHIRT COLOR, FONT, OR DESIGN). ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS DUE TO SIZING, AS SIZING CHART IS PROVIDED IN THE LISTINGS.  THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING THIS POLICY.

SHIPPING
READY TO SHIP ITEMS TURN AROUND TIME IS APPROXIMATELY 7-14 WORKING DAYS.  WE DO NOT INCLUDE HOLIDAYS OR WEEKENDS IN THIS TIMELINE. WE WILL LET YOU KNOW IF THERE IS A LARGER ORDER, WHAT TO EXPECT, BUT WE TRY TO KEEP IT WITHIN THE TIMELINE, UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED. 

PREORDERS WILL BE GIVEN A FUTURE DATE EXPECTATION.  IF THERE IS AN URGENCY IN YOUR ORDER, WE WOULD LIKE THE CHANCE TO MEET THAT NEED, PLEASE FEEL FREE TO REACH OUT VIA MESSENGER OR EMAIL AT ANY TIME.

CUSTOM ORDERS ARE MOST ALWAYS ON A 14-21 BUSINESS DAY TURN AROUND, BUT WILL BE NOTED ON THE LISTING ITSELF.  PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT CUSTOM ORDERS CARRY A NO RETURN POLICY AND ONCE THE ORDER IS PLACED, ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
